Your credits, clearly explained.
Daily image credits, subscription access and generation credit accounting are active. Voucher purchases are available only when enabled in your billing account. Automatic seven-day file expiry has not been activated.
Free registration and daily image credits
Registration is free. The Free plan provides 10 daily credits for image generation only. The daily allowance is made available automatically on use, resets at 00:00 UTC and does not require check-in. Unused daily credits do not accumulate. Video generation requires an active monthly or annual subscription, even if you have purchased a one-time credit pack.
One-time credit packs
Purchased one-time credits never expire. They are held separately from subscription and daily free credits, and remain available when a subscription ends. A credit pack does not create or renew a subscription and does not unlock video by itself.
Every purchase is a separate credit balance
You can buy any package at any time, including a different tier or billing period. After payment verification, the full credit allowance is available immediately. Each monthly purchase is valid for one calendar month from verification; each annual purchase is valid for one calendar year. Annual credits arrive all at once, not monthly. One-time packs never expire.
Older credits retain their original expiry dates when you buy again. A new purchase does not extend, shorten, restore or convert an older balance. We spend eligible credits with the soonest expiry first, then permanent credits. Daily free credits can only pay for images. Your Billing page lists each remaining balance and its expiry.
Video access follows your latest membership
The most recently verified monthly or annual purchase sets your current membership and video access end date: one calendar month or year from that verification. This replaces the previous access period; periods are not added together. Buying a monthly plan after an annual plan can shorten video access, even while older annual credits remain valid. Once video access ends, remaining valid credits can still be used for images; another membership is required for video.
Buying a one-time pack does not change video access. There is no automatic renewal or automatic charge. Membership access stops at its displayed end date. Credits expire only on their own displayed dates, not simply because a different membership ends.
Rewarble voucher payments
When available, submit unused USD Rewarble vouchers totalling the exact order amount, up to ten codes per order. Voucher sellers may add their own fees; those fees do not buy extra site credits. An unsubmitted order expires after thirty minutes. A submitted order remains under review until resolved; submitting a code or receiving a notification is not payment confirmation. Credits and membership are issued only after the operator verifies actual USD redemption in the merchant account. Partial, incorrect-currency or mismatched payments require support and do not activate a plan automatically.
Cash refunds
Credits are virtual service units, not cash or a financial deposit. Purchases are generally non-refundable, particularly after credits have been used. This policy does not exclude refunds required by applicable law or corrections for duplicate charges, billing errors or a confirmed failure to provide the purchased service. There are no scheduled automatic charges to cancel.
API failures return credits automatically
When a generation is confirmed as failed by the generation service, the full number of credits actually consumed by that task is returned automatically, once. Credit returns restore the original credit buckets and their expiry dates; expired allowances are not extended by a failed task. Returns do not require another purchase and are not cash refunds. Requests rejected before any credit deduction require no credit return.
A network timeout or an unknown provider status is checked before the task is classified as failed; it may still be generating. If the provider finishes but our service cannot yet save the result, we retry delivery without charging for another generation. If the service ultimately cannot deliver the result, that task’s consumed credits are returned. An output that is successfully delivered but does not match a subjective preference is not automatically classified as an API failure.
Seven-day creation storage
The launch plans keep generated image and video files available for seven days from completion. This window applies to free and paid plans. Download files you wish to keep before their storage period ends. Renewing a subscription does not extend an individual file’s storage period. Expiry of a file does not refund a successfully delivered generation.
Generation files and financial records serve different purposes; file expiry does not erase credit transactions or payment records needed to resolve billing issues. Automatic seven-day expiry is not currently running, and this policy update does not delete existing files.
