This notice describes how aigeneratornsfw.com processes account information, generation requests, payments and support messages.

Adults only

This service is for people aged 18 or older, or the local age of majority if higher, and is not intended for children. If you believe a minor has provided personal information, contact [email protected] so we can investigate and address the account and information.

Your account and creations

Google or GitHub provides your account identifier, name and email when you sign in. Your generation prompts, task status and file references are stored in this application’s database area. Source images and outputs are stored in private object storage and are available through time-limited access links.

Generation providers

Your selected model determines which third-party generation service receives the necessary prompt and reference media. This includes image generation and editing, video generation and extension, and optional public LoRA references. These services and their underlying model providers process the request under their own processing and retention terms. Reference images and videos are shared through time-limited links. Do not upload sensitive personal information or media you are not authorized to use.

Voucher payments and operational alerts

For voucher payments, we store your order, encrypted voucher codes and payment review records. Submitting a code sends the full code, order details and your internal user identifier to the operator’s restricted DingTalk payment group for manual redemption through Rewarble. Only authorized administrators can view codes in the payment dashboard. Do not submit codes unless you agree to this processing. We do not store raw voucher codes in your browser storage or application logs. Operational alerts sent to the restricted operator group include task/request identifiers, model and service names, failure stages, redacted service error descriptions and credit/refund status. Browser submission reports contain only request identifiers and predefined error categories, not prompts or reference media. Credentials, known prompt text and private media links are redacted from service diagnostics.

Support email

Email sent to [email protected] is routed by Cloudflare to the operator’s Gmail inbox for support. We process the sender address, message and any attachments you choose to include. Do not send passwords, API keys or unused voucher codes.

Browser storage

A draft description and current task identifier are kept in this tab’s session storage so you can return from sign-in. Up to 200 recent credit receipts per account are saved in this browser for the usage display: task identifier, model, credit amount and charge/refund times. These receipts contain no prompts or media links and are not the official account ledger. Clearing this site’s browser storage removes the local history. The site does not add advertising or session-replay trackers.

Storage and deletion requests

The intended storage window for generated files is seven days from completion. Automatic seven-day expiry is not currently active. Download files you wish to retain; the planned storage and credit rules are explained in the Refunds & Credit Policy.

For access, correction or deletion requests, email [email protected] from the email associated with your account. Self-service deletion and final retention automation have not yet been released. Some account, security or financial records may need to be retained to resolve payments or meet applicable obligations. Private access links should not be shared with others.
